Nice pie could have been hotter but was very tasty

Ordered pepperoni pizza don’t know what was on it but it wasn’t pepperoni. Fish was soggy as were the chips.

Waited 2 hours on delivery undelivered customer service appalling waiting on my refund

Steak Pie supper was good, pretty much what I was expecting. Delivery time was decent given it was a Sunny Saturday and the food was hot when it arrived. Pizza I had last time was really good too.

Ordered approx 8.38pm, delivery time given was 9.21 but didn’t arrive until just after 9.45pm - usually they are spot on with the delivery time.

We always get a great takeaway from Joe's and the staff are always friendly and helpfu.l. A lot of chippy's seem to go downhill after a while but Joe's has managed to avoid that and continue with the quality and portion size

Food stodgy and cold. Boxes soaked with evaporation, clearly been in car with driver for numerous deliveries before ours. Was late. Went in bin

Meal was 30mins late. Not good when you have a diabetic who has taken his medication according to arranged delivery time

Burnt pizza arrived late, we had two slices, a slice each and couldn't eat the rest.

Food was great and we all enjoyed it. Fresh and not greasy. Exactly as ordered.

Amazing as always and good great quality

The food was cold, and the boxes holding the meal were soggy. I was very disappointed as you pay over £14 to get the meal and could not eat it with it being so cold. Tranent is poor for chippy's and Joe's was the one I went to, now I won't bother at all.
