Food wasn’t great. Delivery took 1.5hour on a Wednesday!

Food arrived 30 mins late and was barely warm.

Sauce wasn't directly on food like asked chips where half cooked

After discussing with the family about having a take away night from Joes Fishbar, we all decided what we wanted to eat and the lead was the email re £5.00 valentine discount! However after we arrived at th paying section in the app and there was NO discount code, so we called the restaurant only to be advised the discount code is only for collection only! Very disappointing, so now we have to re discuss what we are having for take away again! Very disappointing

We always order from here and go and collect. Last night king rib was dry and chips weren't great. Also missing a portion of chips which were my daughters for her dinner not great at all for £30 odd pound.

Wrong pizza delivered very disappointed when its a treat to get a take out and not great wont bother next time.

The fish was frozen

1 hour 50 minutes delivery time is unacceptable. The food was lukewarm warm and you charge 80p service charge and £2.80 delivery.

Food was cold when arrived and nearly waited 2 hours for delivery

Over 2 hours we had to wait for food, would use another chippy next time

Ordered a kebab wrap with large chips. When opening the packages there was no salad or sauces which is essential part of the order.
